Even though netbooks were often rated to have slow performance with lousy keyboard by laptop or desktop fanatics, their sales were really hot whenever there was an exhibition in my area. The selling point netbooks has is due to their cheap prices, small form factor and sufficient performance for someone that their computer activity is only about chatting, browsing and social networking. But Intel seems like never give up on giving their Atom processors a “power up”, since they scheduled an update into bringing dual core processor into netbooks. Some source on Intel, the one that manufactures Atom processors, a new dual core Atom will be coming to market by the end of June.

Another Asus Eee PC having dual core Intel Atom processor will be announced shortly on May 13, named the Asus Eee PC 1215N. The rumor stated that Asus 1215N specification will use a 1,5GHz speed Intel processor supported by nVidia ION 2 GPU that adds Nvidia Optimus Technology into the 1215N. The screen size of this Eee PC netbook is not yet announced, but more specification details were promised to come along in a few days.

If you’re not satisfied with the latest single-core Atom netbooks and start to wonder whether there will be a come back of new dual core Atom netbooks, then your wish will be answered shortly. The benefits of the multicore processors will be back into the new netbooks coming this June. Netbooks manufacturer like Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Dell and Toshiba may still engage the market with their singe-core Atom processor netbook and boasting a good battery life for the exchange while Asus keeps offering their dual-core Atom processors in their Eee PC netbook.

The competition in the QWERTY phone market seems like began to push Nokia to lower their QWERTY product’s price. And Nokia have made their steps through the new Nokia C3 QWERTY series. Between the Nokia C6, E5, and C3, the later is the cheapest phone amongst the three.
