What is Google Android?

Google Android is a Linux kernel based operating system for mobile devices developed by Google (and Open Handset Alliance later). Google Android OS will allows developer to write their code using Java programming language and control a Google Android device by utilizing Java libraries developed by Google.

Google Android Cellphone Features

Google Android is an open source system and licensed under Apache. It’s feature includes VGA, a 2D graphic library, 3D graphic based on Open GL ES 1.0. Google Android also use SQLite for its data storage purposes. Google Android connectivity features also supports GSM/EDGE, CDMA, EV-DO, UMTS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity technologies.
In messaging department, Google Android cellphone also support SMS and MMS as well as. Google android platform phones will be able to browse the web using WebKit application framework based Web browser.

Google Android Mobile Phone / Cellphone

T-Mobile G1 is the first Google Android cellphone that enter the market in Oct 22 as a part of open standard effort form Open handset Alliance. however, there will be forthcoming Google Android phones like Kogan Agora, and Kogan Agora Pro. Cellphone producer Company like Huawei, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Lenovo, Motorola also planned to launch their own Google Android cellphones. We can expect more development of this Android platform that will empower future’s awesome Google Android gadgets :D
